This was a tough decision but i’ve finally made my mind up and will be building a Spec E46 and not running GTS in this car. I bought this in Feb 2013 from AP3X_FTW on M3Forum.net. He mods great cars and took extra special care of this one. I have all the dealer records from new to around 60k miles from the dealer and then his from 78k on.
All mods and maintenance will be outlined below. The car has been resting in my garage since it’s last track day in the fall waiting for me to make a decision on the direction i want to go in. For it’s new owner i will include a new oil change with Red Line. If someone wants an independent PPI i’ll gladly take it to the shop of your choosing here in Dallas, there are several and I can recommend at least 3 (Spec Motorsports, ClownShoe and Autoscope). The paint is not mint but it looks great for a 100k car, there are some scratches on the top of the trunk, rear right side bumper and some road rash on the front.
I’ve put roughly 6000 miles on it in 2 years. It’s been driven at COTA and MSR Cresson with zero issues. Turns fast laps and is a ton of fun plus with no cats and the Dinan it sounds fantastic, perfect volume.
Lastly, if i sell this at or close to full price i will include enclosed shipping anywhere in the US….yep you read that right, shipping is on me. I’d like the car to sell fast so i can get busy on my build and I don’t want pesky geography turning someone off.
